The D plate TR8 is quite well known, it was for sale until 1986. This was because the UK spec TR8s were quite rare and expensive. The only uk spec TR8 in Cavalry blue was also registered in 1986 but on a private plate. This car also has a "D" reg as the private plate has been taken off.
The "G" reg car is a TR7 FHC in Brooklands green, this was unused until registered in 1989. Both cars have featured in the TR Drivers club magazine, Il try and find it and post the full details.
BTW Stevies photo was taken at the gathering of TR8s at Billing around 2001/2002.
I dont know much about the car on Youtube. Aparantly its an imported car and the number is age related, the date of manufacture is a mistake should be 1981 not 1987.
