Need rear axle

Postby David C. Brown » 27 Oct 2009 14:03

I had a little problem while towing my TR7. One of the rear wheels fell off [:(] and now I need a new axle. Anybody have some good advise on where to get one or on maybe a differnt one?

Ebay! Is it the 4 or 5 speed axle ? Worth upgrading to the 5 speed anyway.
This http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/TRIUMPH- ... ccessories claims to be an 'axle' but in fact appears to be just a half-shaft!
I'm sure the usual suspects in UK could supply an axle - but carriage costs may be high!

I have a complete (drum to drum) 5-speed differential w/3.90 gears for only $200.00. I am in Roseville, CA.
Let me know if you are interested.
