Welcome and enjoy your new (kit) car[;)].This forum is the place for friendly no nonsence advice.I have had a learning curve with my 7 and if someone here can't help then no one can[V].I have refitted my interior and it is a jigsaw if you need any advice on what goes where feel free to mail me.Just take your time and don't give up on 'the devils engineerd' car[}:)].Best advice I got is if you need new parts look in the rimmers catalouge then buy from elsewhere as it's cheaper[:o)].good luck[:X]

Hi Ray,
As Zoe say's get out and drive her as soon as you can, nothing wrong with a rolling restoration! Also if intrest wavers when things get difficult get out and drive her and all will be good again.
As Steph says better value from Robsport and S+S Preperation plus also free with there advice.

Funnily enough Gaz I did telephone them and they were astounded that anyone would ever feel they needed to ask permission. No one had ever asked before and they couldn't believe that Duxford could be such *!**!!!* when they were earning vast sums of money from having the event there in the first place.

So I should be okay then!

Thanks everyone its great to find everyone so helpful, i had a look over a few cars at the TRSS meeting yesterday, although there were very few 7's there, i will be after some help when it comes to the rebuild, i've cleaned out the car and it looks structurally very good, only on bit of welding needed, so i will try to get it running and then get her painted before the jigsaw bit starts [:D]
