Looks like part that fits under valve cover. They are made of rubber and you would only need to replace them if yours have deteriorated such that oil is leaking front and rear. Even if leaking they may just need a thin coat of silicone sealer. bBetter known as camshaft seal plug.

I happen to have my cover and cam off at the moment. I guess I didn't make the connection because in the picture they look so large and the description is so vague. That crowd at Carparts hasn't a clue when it comes to TR7's. Their parts nomenclature is almost always off.
