Postby nofinchance » 04 Apr 2009 16:13

O.k It has been a trying day and now my last problem is how the hell does the dimmer switch knob come off? I have got the centre dash out and smashed the dimmer out but the peskey knob will not come off.BTW
the radio is gonna need rewiring it looks like one of those fire safty videos when a dodgy plug sets the house on fire back there. All twisted wires and lecce tape[:0]

Hi
Look under the knob (oohh err missus) and you will see a small hole, in there is a little nipple (double oohh eerr) this needs to be pushed in with a pin / needle (its sprung loaded) and whilst doing this pull the knob off!
Cheers John
