Oh Yes!
I had Cox & Buckles replace my water pump back in the mid-eighties. The workshop didn't stop moaning about how 7's were inferior to 6's and harder to work on when I collected it.
Strangely enough I got much the same reaction from the local TR Register Group around the same time.
20 years on and who isn't selling the most 7 parts and which club majors on 7's? Maybe not the above
