Stainless steel exhaust

2 years ago I purchased a used stainless steel exhaust from ss preparations, when I bought it I thought that would be it, last as long as I have the car, how wrong I was, first the middle box was sounding really loud, so I removed it and when I shook it I could hear something moving about inside, now I am handy with tig welding so I sliced the end off and inside the soundproofing had turned to dust, I had no idea that this could happen when I bought it, so I packed it with fibre glass and welded it back together and it was a great success.
Now the rear silencer is sounding the same, some people like the sound and commented that it sounds throaty, but I hate it, and its driving me mad.
like I said I am handy with welding and could easily weld new silencers into the existing correctly bent pipe work.
Does anybody know an exhaust or exhausts for the rear and middle box that is popular for any car in the uk where I could cut and weld into my pipes? cheap mind you, and mild steel will be ok.
I think this could be a cheap option for me rather that purchase a genuine system

I have got a used stainless sports type middle box gathering dust in the corner. Would that be any use?

I had the rear muffler replaced by a stainless muffler from Magnaflo. The muffler that was there was not original as it was oval and had Thrush twin muffled tips on it. I found a muffler of approximately the same shape and dimensions from Magnaflo so I knew it would fit. I had bought the muffler from Lordco for $86 with my car club discount and got my muffler guy to weld it on for $45 retaining the Thrush tips because I liked how they looked. That included some new hanging pieces. I like the sound, not loud on long runs down to Portland and San Diego but you can still hear the engine growl at certain times of speed and throttle application. Not a V-8 rumble but not bad for a four banger. There are no seams as the end plates are butt welded so no place for condensation to collect. Don't know how the insides hold up, if they are SS as well should be good. Been on a few years now.
