Took mine out for a spin Saturday it took five miles of cold brisk air before it stopped spluttering to my relief [:D]

I'm glad i didn't take it out today as when i got to the junction at the bottom of my road it was only the ABS brakes on the modern runabout that has kept me here [B)]

Most of you park your car for the winter and break it out for the summer. In Arizona, we park it in the summer (when it is 115'), and bring in out in the winter.

Yes I brag about the weather in the winter, but I also keep my mouth shut durring the summer.

We had a bit over the weekend so went up onto the fells for a snowball fight (we did go prepared and had all the safety gear on board[:)]), 4x4 access only ...........I am in no way photogenic [:D]

I have actually run my Spider in recent years during the winter months. This weekend's snowfall of about 8" is the light, fluffy stuff that doesn't hold the car up. I found that when I had proper snow tires on the rear, the TR-7 handled snow conditions quite well.

I just shoveled mine out and will have it out for a drive in the snow later [we use very little salt on these island roads].

To get anywhere at any time in any conditions, I have my Land Rover .

Have a fair bit of snow (between 4 and 20 inches) in our small country.
And due to the strong wind 't kreng got a bit of an icing while standing under the car-port ...

you call that "4x4 access only" ?!? That looks like ordinary winter road conditions to me.
Well, maybe you've got snow coverage on the sides of the road being a bit thin (since you can still see the grass and shrubs)... [;)]

Same here Rob. Summer in Queensland, it's either too damn hot, to
want to drive without aircon, or it's raining. If it's not raining
now, it will be very soon.

I went to pick my son up, from tha airport, 75Km away a few days
ago. Almost dropped the 8s roof. Went through 1.5 inches of rain,
in 12 Km, in 15 minutes, on the way, & was glad I hadn't.

Ruddy, looking at your pics, I agree with you too. You should stay
behind the camera, in the interest of aesthetics, particularly when
you have such photogenic subjects so handy.

We just got 20 inches of snow in Maryland US but my Jeep sure did have fun! The Electric Lime paint sure does stick out!

One of the things I do not miss now I no longer live in the UK is snow - hate the stuff! (not seen any for 19 years [:D] )

We usually keep the snow up on the mountain. So, if you really need to see it you can drive for an hour or so and see it. Last year we had our first white xmas since I moved here in 1981. It's going to be more typical this year with rain and mid 40F temps. Last year with over a foot of snow I even parked the Nissan and stuck to driving the wifes Subaru. It had no trouble with roads that 4x4 pickups were stuck on.

We haven't had any snow yet this year and that suits me just fine.
Here is a pic from a couple of years ago with myself, my dear departed Lab Maggie, and the TR, looking rather odd as this was before I switched it back to the correct bonnet badge and hub caps.
