Steering Wheel

Postby V8Wedgehead » 13 Dec 2009 21:08

I found a steering wheel up on the shelf of my garage and remebered it was a LeCarra and to my surprise when I took the outer cover ring of it had "Made by Moto Lita France S.A." on it. Never seen that before. Has anyone else? I was after the bolt pattern so I can see what other wheels will bolt on to the hub.

I'd say any Moto-Lita wheel will fit your boss.

Number of bolts (9) is correct for a Moto Lita boss.
So pressume the PCD will be the same ?

The pattern is the same. I have the boss/hub that this wheel came off of and a spare on shelf and they are the same. Now Moss sells a nice 3-hole 3-spoked 14" wheel that I hope fits the hub/boss made by Tourist Trophy sold by Moss USA with a 9-hole pattern.Any have one of the Tourist Trophy wheel?

Here is the final decision for the steering wheels fate. Yes drilled holes in a perfectly good Moto Lita wheel and now its going to be painted satin black. With some puddy over the Lecarra lettering it will be all good!
