Thanks guys, so I have a few options and plenty to think about. I'll keep an eye out for a set that'll fit and weld the runners on, I think. That'll be a some time away as I have to fix some horrible door gaps, get it painted, rebuild the engine and the heater, etc............

Any idea where I can get some beige check seat covers that I wont have to take out a mortgage for?

If you find out where to get the covers you want any cheaper than Rimmers please let me know. I want the same as you. Rimmers are the only place I know of who have them. Price is rediculous but there again they have a monopoly and looks like they are cashing in on it.

Robsport are charging £240 plus vat. Good Company to deal with, my 81 dhc is there for a new hood to be fitted next week.
