Has anyone a drawing from this part .. I like the new PCD 100 and it would be easyer to geht wheels and Brake disc ..

But what happend to the rear axle the problem this are one piece to the Drive Shaft ..

and it has too little material to drill a new PCD like 100mm

Frank

It would be way too expensive to sell these. They are custom made to match my needs. If you want a blueprint then just measure all the dimensions of the original hub; then make whatever changes suit your project.

I have the very lightweight BBS wheels. My front wheels are 14 X 6. The rear wheels are a separate set of 15 X 7. For the rear I just put the wheels on the milling machine...lined up the holes...then drilled the TR8 pattern in the wheels. The original 4X100 holes of the wheels are covered by a hubcap. The rear wheel wells have lots of room for 225wide tires now.

The front is different because the strut is much closer to the tire in the front, and the wheels have to turn in the front. This requires a custom made hub to fix all problems with one part.

You are right...it would be very difficult to modify the rear axles for another bolt pattern.

rrrandall, I noticed the post, 03/13/08, concerning building your own front hubs to get a desired bolt pattern, to remove a significant amount weight, and be able to use larger outer bearings. They also look great. The question now is, how have they worked during hard breaking and cornering??? Is there anything that you would change if did again, ie, lessons learned? I have the equipment to duplicate your excellent example of what can be done if you put your mind to a project.. Cliff

you could make a spacer with two sets of bolt patterns one would be the standard 4x95mm that would go on the rear hub/half shaft , shorten the bolts and secure the spacer with nuts , and another bolt pattern rotated 90 degrees , that is another set of studs pressed into the spacer.
