Front spoiler...

Postby MrT » 20 Sep 2009 15:23

It's stupid question time: How is the standard type front spoiler held on? I can't see any fixings!

I've taken delivery of a possible replacement off of eBay. It looked a bit like a works type spoiler in the photos, but now I'm not convinced it's the look I'm actually after, but I won't really know without trying. Anyone seen a "Transam RSR" front spoiler before?

If you look at your sig photo you will see 4 recesses in the front top edge of the spoiler where bolts go through the metal lip. There are also bolts going through from the rear below each front corner. You will need to get underneath and look below the side bumper mounting towards the front corner of the body(if that makes sense).

Cheers - mine only had the outermost pair fitted!

What do you reckon to the possible replacement - a "Transam RSR" spoiler (no, I've never heard of them either!).

Love the cup-holder on the front panel. Is it original equipment?
