Swedish Car Show in Spring 2015

Postby Triton7 » 31 Aug 2014 09:49

All

This sounds like a daft on but my son is after going to Sweden next spring in the 7 as our Father and Son Spring break.

Does anyone know of any car show in Sweden preferably Stockholm area in Spring 2015, hopefully they will tie into his half term.

Ta

Simon

The drive across the Oresund bridge between Copenhagen and Malmo is something else. I'd love to do it in my 7V8 with the top down in the sunshine.

Assuming you're driving through Denmark, don't forget to buy a packet of Spunk for the journey! http://www.cybercandy.co.uk/store/Spunk ... 26501.html

On the first weekend in August an "historic Grand Prix" is held in the main park in Copenhagen. It's for classic cars and is quite a spectacle. It's not in Spring but worth a look if you go in summer instead.

Yes, it does. I take it your 7 is fully amphibious then, right?

Everyone flies across these days (and rent a car on destination if needed) so: The very last car carrying ferry between Scandinavia and UK leaves Harwich in three weeks time, on Sunday September 28 2014, at 17:15 local time... Closure info: https://www.dfdsseaways.co.uk/ferry-rou ... e-closure/

We were going to go Dover to Dunkirk then drive on from there, but thanks for the heads up.
