DOES ANYONE NEED A GARAGE FOR THEIR TR

I'm building a new garage on my house & the existing concrete one has got to go. Does anyone need a garage? It's only 5 years old and in perfect condition. It cost over £3000 new & I've advertised it for £500, but I'm open to reasonable offers (TR owners discount)[:D].
It's 2.8m x 5.4m (9ft x 18ft). That's about 1.5m longer than a TR & you can open the drivers door fully when it's parked inside. It's located in Kent & you'd have to dismantle it & arrange transport. It has to go in April.
