Seasonal adjustment dysfunction!

Postby paul w » 19 Jan 2008 18:48

O.K. we've had too much rain lately,and i'm a bit depressed.So i've
been looking for something to cheer myself up.This is a snap of a
rare sunny day in 'good old Blighty' taken last year at St.Mary's
school classic car show.Just the tonic, any one got more sunny day
photo's to lift the gloom?

Hey Paul, was that the one that had the old buses running down and back to the seaside at Canvey Island (October 14th we think). If it was, I was there with the Essex Rebels. We had about 10 cars in all. Great day!!

Not very sunny, but very dry.
One of my favourite photos from Shakey County, near Stratford.

Nice picture John. Looks like i've been spotted. [8D]
Shame i parked next to the toilets. [:)]
Anyway Paul, you want sunny, how about beach!
One from the archive - Blackrock sands, North Wales 1989.
Out of photo album, into the scanner and hey presto.
Hey, don't go near the water, your car will go rusty.
Too late!
Cheers

That cheered me up no end. This weather is getting me down but on Saturday morning, my Red MX5 was picked up by its new owner (who has a TR6 to keep it company)and now my garage has a Triumph in it again.
Plan is to get the Reindeer on the road for this summer and for ever more and then try and coax Mrs NeverstopTorquing into using it and prising the Black MX5 out of her ownership amd turning it into TR7V8 DHC. Great idea. Lets see if I can pull it off. [:D]

Never mind the Blackrock Desert Paul, what about Scotland!
Where the men wear skirts and no pants. [:)]
This was taken above Callander looking south towards Stirling (1989 again).
Cheers

Sorry to nit pick but you will see why when I tell you if you were in the Callander hills

You would be looking South East to look at Stirling

But if you were looking directly south you would be looking at My House just over that hill…[:D]

I fear you may be correct. South would be Glasgow.
The road goes past the Bracken Falls footpath.
It's the first road on your right as you come into Callander.
This is where my Uncle lives.
Cheers
