I know I refered to my $100 Yellow TCT as "rust free", it has a tiny hole in LH B post, a spare wheel well with some perforation and surface rust on battery shelf. The RH rear sill had undercoating sprayed over some sprayed seam sealer type stuff blocking the hole at bottom. I decided to heat it up and scrap it off and out of cavity. Well it was rusted through to paint so will have to be replaced. Not to bad a job, cut out some spot welds and weld in new piece. Other side is fine with no rust. Although I haven't been underneath yet there is no other indication of rust although I believe the under coating is cracked in two places. I heretofor will no longer refer to Yellow TCT as "rust free."
