Seat belt warning circuit

I just checked the wiring diagrams, page 7, for TR8s (you can get it from the download site) and the UK spec cars do not have a warning buzzer for the seat belts, just a light. All other cars had the seat belt switch, key-in switch and warning light going through one buzzer.

In US cars the Pektron unit in the back of the glove box is the buzzer.

same here, mine went probably the second year I owned the car, one day it started to continually buzz....so after a little searching found the mystical box in the glove compartment....it must now have been binned or put in the depths of the shed ....., as i have no clue where it's currently hiding.......
