Yes Andy, but I spent a lot of time "down south" before comming back
here.

Driving through the mountains to Bathurst, from Sydney, in winter,
it was often below -6 or -7C, [about 20F], & that's cold enough for
this little black duck.

Jim, I did drive the Morgan down to the snow once, in racing tune.
Dreadful drive. Too light, & too much power for snow driving. I had
the hood [top] down, but I kept the side curtains up. I guess I'm
just a wimp.

What noise might that be. The only noise I notice is the big trucks that I pass or that pass me, The whine of tires of passing or past cars as the sound bounces off concrete dividers. Yes there is wind buffeting but it's worse with windows up than when they are down. The only time I have them up is to help heater heat be deflected up and out with minimum dispersal or to prevent top from flippping up onto trunk at over 50mph. (I don't use hood cover as it's shrunk and too tight to put on.) The only objection I have is the buffeting at highway speeds and I have a Z3 windblocker to fix that (yet to be installed.)
