Hey, Travis - Mickey in Clarksville here.
As mentioned, rust is your enemy. Check the floor behind the seats (carpet should lift up easily). If you see rust there, run! The mounting point for the rear link of the suspension is in that area, and it's a rust magnet.
Another spot to check is under the master cylinders, along the firewall. Very expensive to repair if eaten up there.
If the car runs with no strange noises, has good compression, fluids up to speed, etc., etc., you're way ahead of the game. Head gaskets have been issues, but OK if looked after.
