Always nice to get "presents". That two weeks will fly.... start now! Two weeks to my Van Dusen show. Still turning the nails in my gas tank. Epoxy slowing disolving. Getting the rust too. The Metalready will only have to etch the tank when I'm done. 4 days to cure sealer. I'm starting to feel under the gun. [:p]

thanks for the offer Mark....I'm going to use some of the down time at the shop to get a few things done....

Spyder the car will be out of storage Sunday, my workplace is 2 minutes from home.

All I need to get completed for the Hudson meet is the clutch hydraulics so the car can be mobile. [;)] While my goal is to get at least the front end completed, honestly the suspension and brake work is not important as the meet is about 10 minutes away...

Mark, you make sure you get your car ready ....I hope you can get the Ottawa groupe down for a drive!!

Yup, car is ready to go running well. Just the fuel gauge to sort always reading empty. Been covered before by many people so lots of usfull posts to help sort it just the time that's missing. We will be leaving from Orleans just outside Ottawa at 8:00am and taking the scenic route along the river for a projected arrival of about 10:00-10:30am

You are going to spend some time, thundering around corners are you
then Ron? Good on you.

We had a little white van arive monday morning, with a ported
manifold, & plenum for the 8, along woth a Mallory high performance
ignition system. Should be good for thundering.

All this because my son was home for a few days, & we found the
vacume advance on the 4.6L distributor was allowing air through, &
not working. He rang Triumph Rover Spares for a replacement, as the
disy is one of theirs.

Being a youth, [sort of still] replacement was not good enough, &
he'd spent much money, by the time he put the phone down.

Sorry, I don't have a camera, but will report if it goes any harder.
