Hi All,
Well I've had my TR7 V8 for two weeks now so thought I had better say hello to all on the forum. I've been looking to buy a classic toy for a while and was trying to get an Alfa but have been drawn back to the dark side of Triumph ownership. I started out driving an 1850 Dolomite then had a Dolly Sprint for 10 eventful years before modern GTI's came along. To add to my sins I also help rally a very modified Dolomite Sprint (powered by a Rover V8, but that's another story [:D])
So (hopefully) here's a picture of my new baby, so far the weathers been great, the car sounds fab and nothings dropped off!

Looking forward to joining in on the forum topics and meeting up with fellow wedgie owners in the future.
Chris

... and welcome to wedge ownership, hope you'll enjoy it.
I still have a soft spot for Dollies, especially the Sprints, maybe one day [8D]

Looks like a pretty tidey car. What's the engine bay look like? (Practise your picture posting skills.[:o)])

Thanks Beans for sorting the photo, must try harder with my upload skills[:I]
No Jim, wasn't me at the Cheshire meet.
Attached (fingers crossed) a photo of the engine bay.Image
Its a 4.0 with 4 Barrel carb and ported heads. The car also has a rear wheel disc conversion and Hi Spec 4 pots on the front. Previous owners have spent a lot on it in the past and hopefully I will reap the rewards of their investment. Not a lot to do on it, I've just been tinkering with a few bits and pieces, hard wired a Tomtom and replaced the cigarette lighter with a power supply. Will also have a look at LED lights as per the many forum posts.
