and were all thinking about shiny cars (well i amm any way)
What are your favourte cleaning products,
over the last few weeks i have been buying a few bits "n" bobs.
I got my car back yesterday from the bodyshop and decided it needed a good clean so i set about it (I am not expert in detailing) and never will be (but I do class my cleaning regime marginly better than my neighbours washing up liquid old "y" fronts and an old kitchen towel for drying)[:D]
any way i said to the mrs last night " i'm just going to give the car a quick rinse to get some of the dust off " HA HA quick........ three and a half hours later........ and I havent touched the inside, door jambs, under the bonnet, hood or the boot, dust gets everywhere she thinks she's gardening today [;)]
I washed it twice with Autoglym shampoo/conditioner rinsed and dried off with a microfibre drying towel (one of the new bit "n" bobs) and (bucking frilliant it was to, I'll never use a chamois again"
then used autoglym super resin polish followed some autoglym extra gloss finish I am thinking of using a proper wax to finish it off properly although I havent bought one yet and although I do like the autoglym range I think £40 for a wax is a bit steep (high definition wax) but then again if it does the job well,
for the bumpers used smartgel by smartwax and this stuff is the dogs ######## to do the rear bumper two blobs the size of ten pence pieces was plenty and it was the same front.
Anyway I'll post a pic or two later
It rides again..... and again wehey!!!!!!!
