<font face="Comic Sans MS"><font size="2"><font color="blue">Steve, me old china - I'm at the car-club tomorrow (Sunday) from 1000 hrs until about 1300 hrs (that's 1 pm to you civvies!!), so if you want to pop across and have a look, you are more than welcome. There might be a few bits off the convertible that you might need as well, while you're there. If there's one spare, you can have it. I must say, I don't recall seeing one of those in my bag of bits, but we can try.
Didn't get round to firing the engine as I'm still working on getting the clutch sorted - I reckon (and it's only a thought) that we (and I use the term "we" to disguise the guilty!!) might have put the clutch plate on the wrong way around; I'm assured this could be causing my problem. I'll be taking the gearbox off <b><i>again</i></b> to try to resolve the problem, so if you turn up, wear scruffs - you might be helping out [;)]</font id="blue"></font id="size2"></font id="Comic Sans MS">

i have one for the other side but noticed the other had a piece missing and was wondering if anyone out there had a spare one knocking around the garage they could sell me.
