I wrote the "How To" several years ago. You will notice that it is one of the top four postings in "General Wedgie Chit-Chat".

I think I'm there.

I don't seem to need the last [ / u r l ] after the image code bit.

I think where I was going wrong is I was using the 'insert hyperlink' code thingy from the options toolbar.

So it seems to have worked when I typed the code in and used the inverted comma's.

Cheers mate.

Ahhhhh.

I do need it - or it sees all my text as the link.

Hey Shaun,

Go to the picture you want to use and copy the location. Come back here and paste it into your reply. Now highlight the hole thing by draging the cursor over the link. With the whole URL highlighted, click on the "insert Photo" Icon (Image).

Now go find the link you want to associate to the photo and copy that. Come back here and highlight the whole thing we inserted first including the brackets ([ ]). Click on the "Insert Link" Icon (Image).

Now in the first set of brackets you will see url with a closed bracket. Now you want to type ="" between the "l" and the closed bracket, giving you l="". Now place you cursor between the quotation marks like so("|"). Paste the URL in between the quotation marks.

Your done. <i>Easier to do than to say!</i>

Hiya

I thought that this looked like quite good value:

Image

I've saved the code:

so I just have to copy and paste and not remember!

And now I understand why you out the spaces in - as it sees it as code and not as text.

[ u r l = " " ] [ i m g ] [ / i m g ] [ / u r l ]

Soooooooo, I guess the same principle applies to a signature?

Cheers,

Shaun
