TR7 in a movie

Postby FI Spyder » 26 Mar 2009 00:30

I just saw a TR7 in a 2007 British indy film called, Son of Rambo.

In first scene one of the protaganist's older brother is polishing the bonnet of his TR7, in the second scene he drives a way in a spray of gravel.

In third scene I noticed the car wasn't black but dark green with tan hood. It had a wing on back. He's driving talking on a cell phone the size of a large brick (it takes place in the 80's.) You can see the hood is not folded down correctly (wonder if the owner was present).

Has anyone seen this show or know who owns the car?

Here's the trailer on YouTube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CsAChn35HSo.

The car is shown partially for about 1 sec at 1:25 into the video clip. Looks like a cool movie for the young at heart.

I've just seen another trailer for a movie called 'Made Of Honor' where Patrick Dempsey dressed in a mini kilt throws a caber onto a Stag. Is this what passes for entertainment these days?! [:(!]
