Underdog, First of all, I'd check that the disc is running true in
the calliper. If it is running at a slight angle, the calliper will
be trying to pull itself square to the disc, & probably chattering.
If that's OK, I'd dig up a dial gauge, & check the run out in the
disc. We used to reckon that more than 4 thou was too much for use
with high performance pads, in the old days. That may be a bit
different today. We also reckoned more than 12 thou was too much
even for a stock road car.
I presume there is no pulsing in the brake pedal, when you are using
them.
If all else fails, ask the manufacturer, they are usually very
helpful.
