ah yes i believe this is the guy who beat me to the japanese brochure now that is cool.

I think the radio was a dealer fit option.Its shown with the other optional extras like fog lights etc. The only UK car to have a factory fitted radio was the Premium limited edition.

E-Bay.com (E-Bay USA)quite often lists different striping kits, this one is quite hard to find in black although white is quite common.
