Classic Car Show at the NEC

We are going to the classic car show at the nec on Saturday the 15th anybody else going,if so how about meeting up at the TRDC stand at a time to be agreed?
It would be good to put some faces to names,what do you think anybody interested?[;)][8D]

Moe, each year i go religiously on the Sat, one of the best calendar days out one can have in my opinion, meeting Mike Brewer of Wheeler Dealers and chatting to him was the great just the same as you see him of the tele, but this year it falls on my Father in laws birthday and if i dont go to his 70th id be shot, so i think its lookin like the Sunday for me this year, but have a great day on the Sat, and hope to catch you soon.

Moe,Stevie.I also will be on the stand with Godzilla and the Green monster.
Really looking forward to this,Phil H says we have some great wedges
to show off including some rally/competition cars this November.
Will be great to meet up with the 'usual suspects'as well as forum
members further afield.Moe,cant wait to see you and share a pint!

I'll be there with my V8 on display spreading the word of TR Yoof on the TR Register stand. Deffo up for a meet on either day. Always a good show and am looking forward to it.

I'll be there 4 defo, but can't say which day til hubby's work shifts sorted. What day will Mike Brewer be there- is Ed China going too? If so I might go every day-even if I have to find it myself!

What time for this assignation then?[8D][;)]
We hope to get to the Nec about 10.30ish depending on traffic.

Hi Moe, many thanks, i will try part of me will be at the NEC that day too in spirit at least, but i will def all being well be there on the Sunday, hope you have great day on the Sat, Debs, as far as i know if last year was anything to go by both Mike Brewer & Edd China were there on the Sat & Sun, they did Wheeler Dealers live show it was great both down to earth just like on the tele.

Hope to see some of you on the Sunday

We're hoping to bring Triumph High Speed Test Engineer along for a session on the TRDC stand on the Friday. Gordon Birtwistle tested every Triumph car from 1959 and has some stories to tell regarding the TR7, TR7V8 and TR8. Did Abingdon Works testing with Mr. Pond and tested the US specification TR8 at the Volkswagen track - Airelessen, or whatever it's called.
