Five months after pushing it into the garage, I finally drove the car out under its own power yesterday! It now has a new clutch hose, slave cylinder, fork, slipper pads, clutch disk and pressure plate, as well as the replacement gearbox. Took it for a few miles around the neighborhood and on the highway; everything worked as it should. The clutch has a nice feel. The gearbox feels a bit different than the other one; it snaps into gear nicely, and has a little different sound to it.

As much as I would like to go on a long cruise today, its pouring rain and I have to paint the @#%& basement ceiling.
