As a matter of interest does anyone have info as to how many normal TR7's there are. Lots of classic car mags seem to suggest that many have been converted to V8 power and some seem to suggest that a regular stock 2 litre TR7 is becoming rare? supercass

According to "How many left in the UK":

TR7: 978 Licenced, 1816 Sorned

TR8: 25 Licenced, 31 Sorned

But I assume quite a few of the 7's now are V8 powered?

Some interesting facts compared to other classics (Licenced & Sorn combined)

E Type: 6000
911: 42100
TR6: 4500
MGB: 35000
X1/9: 1200
Sunbeam Alpine: 1600
