Grease for poly bushes

I have taken my strut off and I noticed that the polly bush on the anti-roll bar is as dry as anything. No grease on them at all. I am not sure if this what would be making my front end squeak when I pressed down on the wing, but I am sure it will not be helping.

I will be looking into the whole of the whole front, but I want to put it all back together and have some grease for the poly bushes. So when you get new bushes, there is special grease that comes with them. Does anyone know where I can get this from or can you use normal molly grease on the poly bushes?

Cheers for that, will grease them up over the weekend and see if that stops the squeaking sound.

It is only squeaking Phil, because it wants to get further out of Sydney. I would too.

Get yourself & car down to Sutherland, then down through the Royal National Park, through Audley, [row a boat up the river if you like], then on to Wattamolla beach. Take your swimmers if it's warm,the fresh lagoon is one of my favorite swimming holes.

Then on through spectacular driving, [unfortunately speed limited these days], through the national park, & the over ocean coast road.

At Wollongong turn right & take Picton Road up through the range. At Picton, a little diversion to the NSW Rail Transport Museum at Thirlmere is worthwhile if you have time.

Then on through Camden & Narellan, & then the traffic back home.

You car will love you, & probably stop that squeaking complaining, & you will love it too.

You need to do these things to remind your car what it's mission in life really is, & it is good for your soul too.

I have always put them in dry, as I believed that the grease can attract dust and dirt, forming an abrasive paste that wears the bushes out. However, this doesn't explain why grease is always supplied with them.

I've noticed some poly bushes advertised as "prelubed" whatever that means. I use a little translucent synthetic grease I have in my grease gun.

I've heard some are made with graphite embedded in them, but I don't know if that is what is meant by prelubed.

If you have a few of the grease packets over Stag76, I would gladly take them off your hands for you
I was looking on the net and in the UK you can buy the grease direct, but cannot seem to see it advertised on the Oz site. I think the bit of molly grease is the way to go as mentioned by Cobber.
