roller bearing top mount replacement please?

I have the bearings but no instructions.

I have seen two types of bearings, the first one is a needle roller type like the excellent pictures on Clays site noted above, I have these on my car as supplied by Robsport their instructions are:-

The other ones are thicker at approx 10mm and are a roller type:-
