Hi Jim,
Must say I was disappointed at Tatton Park this year - where the stand was was very poor & tagged onto the TR Register as the ugly sister.
This year I was a 'Paying Visitor' as my car was still in storage - the position was wrong next to the children's play area & very small where as the other club pitches in the centre were far better & attended in in my mind.
The previous years the stand was better but the Mercedes club were moved to the TR Pitch & they move across the field - no wonder. The area should be not be used for displaying any club next to the children's rides.
Things have to be addressed by the organisers - see the pitch had the grass cut I assume by the TR Register while the rest of the show had long grass everywhere ( except where other clubs had cut it ) & the individual entrants were knee deep in grass which was commented on by the guys I spoke to.
Don't think the sheep or the Tatton Park Ground staff did a good job at presenting the event.

Some of the the best cars were in the car park which is worrying - why an owner would chose to pay £5 car park fee & £7.50 to get in instead of putting his car inside the the show is strange but obvious.

There won't be much room for any extra cars on Sunday on the pitch but I hope it goes well.

Anyway saw this parked next to me - can you name it as it was a stunner - name begins with F but ends in R ?

Great pictures Jim [;)] and What a fab day, Angela and I arrived friday and I paid a young lad on a mower to cut the grass on our stand. Evidently the registers mower would not work our side of the white line. I think all the cars will be in classic car weekly paper as well, must have another go at putting pictures on [:I]
