The Complete Guide to the Triumph TR7 and TR8

Postby XSeries » 19 Aug 2016 10:28

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/The-Complete- ... 016.l4276=

at £295 it is nearly worth more than the cars in mentions! If this is the going rate than my bookshelf is in need of more TLC!

Still at least it comes with free postage - and there are 2 people watching - perhaps in sheer disbelief?

I picked up Bill Piggott's book, The Original TR7 & TR8 new from a bookstore for $20 (Cdn). That was about 2005 when I was cruising through a mall on Boxing Day. Prior to me owning a TR7 but about the time I was thinking of owning one. It just reminded me I wanted one back in the day but I had just previously bought Javelin (and two Beetles and an RX2), a house and three duplexes so was in no position for another car, then poof, they were gone.
