TR7 Font

Hi All
Can anyone tell me the name of the font used for TR7 and Triumph and Leyland on the TR7

Do you mean the early Speke cars, or the later Canley and Solihull cars. The early font is a custom one whose name I don't know, but there's a copy on a Triumph Spitfire site that you can google.
The later car's font is Microgramma Bold Extended, with some modifications on the '7' in 'TR7'.

Not really, my wife's got a vinyl cutter, so naturally I wanted to be able to cut my own decals.

Microgramma is a commercial font (you have to pay for it !). A close alternative is Eurostyle that you can donwload for free from free-fonts.com (what else !)
Still standing !

I've stuck the designs I did on my wife's website. I've done the 'TRIUMPH' and 'TR7' in Adobe Illustrator, in outlines so you don't need the font. The archive's about 1.6 meg.

Caveat:
While they look OK to me, I haven't actually compared them to original decals. I'd be grateful if someone could print them out and compare the for me.
