Do you mean the early Speke cars, or the later Canley and Solihull cars. The early font is a custom one whose name I don't know, but there's a copy on a Triumph Spitfire site that you can google.

The later car's font is Microgramma Bold Extended, with some modifications on the '7' in 'TR7'.

Not really, my wife's got a vinyl cutter, so naturally I wanted to be able to cut my own decals.

Microgramma is a commercial font (you have to pay for it !). A close alternative is Eurostyle that you can donwload for free from free-fonts.com (what else !)

Still standing !

The copy I have is called '1500'. I got it off this site: http://www.triumphspitfire.com/Fonts.html

I've stuck the designs I did on my wife's website. I've done the 'TRIUMPH' and 'TR7' in Adobe Illustrator, in outlines so you don't need the font. The archive's about 1.6 meg.

Here's the link:
http://www.eggsandantlers.co.uk/Canley_Boot_Badges.rar.

Caveat:
While they look OK to me, I haven't actually compared them to original decals. I'd be grateful if someone could print them out and compare the for me.
