Tappet clearance

These are my tappet settings
No1 cylinder from front to rear
Ex 0,016 0.002 out
In 0,004 0.004 out
In 0.006 0.002 out
Ex, 0.018
Ex 0.018
In 0.006 0.002
In 0.008
Ex 0.018
As you can see only ,nu 4 cylinder is right
number 1 is out by 0.004 on the In let do you thing its worfh repairing these
these settings were checked on a hot engine

The clearance should be checked on a cold engine
