Changing pulley bearing

Hi all,
has anyone ever changed the bearing of the pulley bearing from the Torquatrol unit ?
Until now I have pulled the pulley from the housing. I think i need a special tool to pull the bearing out of the pulley because there is no bore through the pulley to press it out. Did you find a tool ? There is less space around to grip the bearing on the ground side with a hook tool. The bearing measures diameter 30mm x length 60mm, the spigot diameter 16mm x length 23mm. Totally length is 83mm. It has two little grooves around nearly in the middle 1.3mm wide with 8mm distance. I don`t know what they are for.
