Here’s where to discuss anything specific about your standard(ish) car or something that applies to the model in general.

Just a thought Wheels Standard GKN

Postby bonnietiler » 05 Jun 2016 09:18

My Son has filched my Minilites and they look great on his TR7.
Yesterday, I was touching up the Rims on my Triumph Bonneville Silver Jubilee T140 and I thought I'd use a couple of the "stored" wheels as a seat.
So far so good...what I couldn't get over was how light they were MUCH lighter than my Minilites and my MGTF 12 spokes.
They are stamped GKN M79, I'm certain that they're nothing special but they are extremely light, without the tyre I can't imagine how little they'd weigh
