Here’s where to discuss anything specific about your standard(ish) car or something that applies to the model in general.

beige seats for tr7

Postby johnrip » 22 Mar 2014 20:29

I have been looking in the USA for beige "nylacord" seats for years. They are the solid beige from the early coupes. They were fitted to my 1980 tr7 dhc, and I am continuing to look for a replacement set. I have ran the thread before, but I thought I would try again. Any one here of these being remanufactured or high quality used? Thanks, John.

I might be interested as well. The beige (or is it tan?) cord seats are in my Yellow TCT (1979) interior trim CAAA. I don't want to go for plaid and not keen on the vinyl. All though a long ways away, I will need them. These are the actual seat covers and not just the fabric?
Also this is actually automotive quality UV resistant material?
I've seen a very nice charcoal seat that began deteriorating after only a couple years.

Keep me in the loop.

Yes I would be interested. CAAA from the tct series is exactly right. There is a demand for these...if they were produced, they would sell!
So keep me posted.
