Flywheel torque settings

My factory workshop manual is in the hands of a mate who is out of contact for the holidays.
Could some one please have a look at theirs and tell me the torque settings for the flywheel and clutch to fly wheel.
I am at a road block in getting my rebuilt engine in to the car.

Flywheel to crank, 45lb ft., 61Nm.

Clutch to flywheel, 22lb ft., 30Nm.

Have fun,

Hasbeen

Apparently the Sprint Dolomite crowd say to put the flywheel bolts in with Loctite, otherwise oil can leak past the threads and onto the flywheel. I don't think I did as I didn't know about it at the time.

The other thing is if you replaced the rear engine crank seal, they clip off 5 turns of the spring to make it tighter as the replacement deals can tend to leak. I didn't do that either.
