front bumper seems lose

wondering if bumper should have any play, when I take side of bumper I can twist it up and down, thinking tow truck driver may have broke mounts, i think i can put a drop of weld on to stop it from twisting, figure i better check first before i do anything, thanking u in advance john

FHC or DHC?
DHC bumpers act as a harmonic damper, so they can move a bit.
And a bit more when the rubber mounts are worn or damaged.

If your rubber mounts are separated and you bolt them together, you may as well remove the weights on the ends of the bumper as they are pretty much useless at this point.

jclay what you did was great for me to look at and figure out how it works thanks, not sure how to put new pic in signature but that looks like the picture I see now in signature , mine is a dhc and now that I clicked on what I did I got good idea how it works so I can see if I can do anything

think wheels are Weston I am missing 1 of the centers but they have a w on it if anybody has 1 let me know thanks
