Fuel injection tr 7- 2.0

Here’s where to discuss anything specific about your standard(ish) car or something that applies to the model in general.

Yes, the MAP sensor is incorporated in the MegaSquirt Board. You can also program using TPS/RPM or MAF/RPM.

Is that FI Sprint Motor the one in the F3(?) car at Gaydon...I think I saw it there last time I visited.

>>>it’s your belief the sevens or eights Boshc - banked fuel system, >>>designed 30+ years ago is more efficient or better or even equal >>>to a modern sequential multiport systems…what can I say?

No I don't think that at all. My point is that modifying a TR7/8 injection system to a sequential multi port and not changing anything else will make no real difference except to the smoothness of the idle.

I am quite aware that modern engine management systems create huge advantages in HP and economy but not only are they sequential they adjust ignition timing, valve timing, adjust the mixture, learn your driving habits, turn cylinders on/off and God (and the EPA) only knows what else.

..So for a classic vehicle should the carburettor or injection also look a little classical -
so I would rather take the Jenvey solution - in silver, which fits into the time [8D]
