How Many Left?

Here’s where to discuss anything specific about your standard(ish) car or something that applies to the model in general.

Don't take any notice of them Graham. I do actually have a relative of Q. Wilson instructed to force him to sit down and watch Reloaded so if he still touts the same nonsense he's just suffering from prejudice.

As there are 110(ish) genuine TR8s in Britain searching for those on this historically inaccurate web site will give us an idea how close the TR7 figures are.

I am currently restoring a DHC that is seriously rusty and the parts fot it are eyewateringly expensive and come advertised as "best fit available".I bought Heritage sills at £102.00 each and almost cried as I handed over my credit card. The opinion of most is to scrap the car and look for a better one,but although it IS rusty it is much less terminal than some earlier TR's which are being fervently restored.A rise in values(not necessarily the same as a rise in prices)can be both good and bad in parts, but when a set of new tyres and an exhaust is more costly than buying another car You have to wonder "is it worth it?"More restorations are needed to keep and promote interest in there becoming rarer cars.Sorry for the essay Steve..

How can Mr "W" make a comment on plastic cars when he owns a SP250?

Happy Christmas
