If you take the cylinder out (hopefully they are unlocked) and take them into a locksmith, they should be able to cut a key. As for blanks the locksmith in 'lil old Duncan had them on the wall (although that was a few years ago).

I know my glove box didn't have a key, as has been said if open, then yes you can. This is how I did it. I removed the lock from the glove box very carefully, when you remove it the springs leavers can pop out, I put my boot lock key in as far as I could ( don't put pressure on it ) as you pull the lock out the further the boot lock key will go in. Once removed make sure your boot lock key is fully home and then what I did was grind off the excess tabs that are sticking out with the bench grinder. Once all the tabs are the same shape as the lock fit back in to the glove box and fix it in, after that I could lock and open my glove box with my boot lock key.
