I am sure this has been asked but will a TR& 2.0 and 5 speed fit into a 76 Spit?

Cant say ever read that question before on here, but seen a Dolly Sprint engine in one, a Stag V8 in a Herald and a Chevy V8 in a Spitfire, so yes guess so

One of our local triumph people put one into a Herald coupe, is their bonnet higher than a spit.

Went very well, with a late Spit rear end.

There's one in Victoria (see below) so I would think you could just about put anyhing in there. Spitfire Magazine had an article on some one putting a V-12 Jag engine in it. Needless to say, it required a little modification.[:p]
