Looks like the short cone type would be the best choice with either standard or lowered set up.
From the Triumphtune manual - "An interesting modification here was the use of special Triumphtune shorter bumpstops. This is not just to take account of the lower ride height, but to try and give the car a useful amount of suspension travel before the stop came into action. On the standard care there is only 1 1/4 inches of movement before hitting the stops, and as the suspension settles with age this can become even less. The new stop allows three inches of travel before it comes into play, even with the shorter springs, and so gives the car much more predictable handling."
