Hi Beans, they are the correct parts, I got them direct from Superpro as special order replacements for the ones I purchased a while back. As you point out the tube is hard to fit and this is where the bush should rotate and there is no method of lubrication. If you look at their website the latest bushes for some other cars have a knurled inner bore, just like the samples sent to me. The tubes can be fitted by hand and when clamped and the arms can be rotated with one finger. This is an improvement over the dry bush design although the cut away voiding leaves less surface area in contact with the arm and therefore makes the bush even more likely to rotate in the arms. I've tested the old and new designs in both the upper and lower arms with similar results. Thinking about it, the original rubber front arm bushes were voided and were also prone to slippage within the arms.
