Hockey stick removal ?

Postby toneinblack » 22 May 2015 12:13

Whilst sorting my cruise/indicator lights out ,I thought I'd replace the broken drivers side plastic hockey stick,How do you remove the plastic lugs?
I thought it would be a simple case of just levering them out or squeezing the back of them and popping them through but there seems to be a metal pin in the middle, also once out are they reuseable?
many thanks experts :)

Tap the pin through with a small punch. If you are careful and save the pin and clip you can reuse them but new ones are only a few pence.

Thanks Steve , will give it a try. Can imagine it's a bit tight to get at them.
