Victoria British Catalogue

Postby Urchin » 13 Jun 2009 16:54

My Victoria British TR7/TR8 catalogue arrive in the mail yesterday. What really struck me was the decrease in the number of wedge-specific parts they now highlight in their publication. Sure, there are radios, electric door locks [!], generic antennae, car covers, etc., but fewer and fewer parts unique to the TR7 and TR8.

Am I imagining this or has anyone else noticed this, too?

I agree with Odd.

I did notice, on the TRF website, that they still seem to have interest in suppling wedge specific parts. Worth having a look. I saw they listed some body panels and interior pieces as well as suspension bushes ect. Unfortunately, there just doesn't seem to be a large amout of interest in restoring these cars here in the US. So the big names such as Moss & VB don't bother much with them. Thank goodness they are more popular in the UK. Seems that for some hard to source items, shipping from the UK is the only choice.
